There is an EXCITING OPPORTUNITY for you at Homeward Bound! Come and join our growing IHO/In-Home program. This person would work primarily in the Individualized Housing Options (IHO) and In-Home services program. This person would deliver community, program, household, health, & financial oriented services and independent living skills training and integrate these services into the individual's routine, schedule, culture and preferences. This person would work in a variety of settings including family homes and community locations. Hours Available :
Available positions include part-time or full-time. Every weekend positions available which include a GENEROUS shift differential.

Current Minnesota driver's license with an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record. Access to a dependable vehicle that fits the transportation needs of the consumer with proof of insurance. Supervisory experience preferred. You must be able to lift a minimum of 60 pounds as most of our individuals require assistance with transfers. You must be able to understand, speak, read, and write the English language. Because we provide services to vulnerable children and adults Homeward Bound will only employ applicants who pass a criminal background check.
