Kingsley Shores Senior Community has an opening for a full-time Lead Housekeeper.
This position includes but is not limited to the following duties and responsibilities: maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment related to the facilitys equipment according to SilverCrest Housekeeping policies and preventative housekeeping standards. Also, responds to residents/families/staff cleaning requests in a timely manner. This position may also assist in minor maintenance tasks, replacing light bulbs, etc.
The candidate for this position must have the ability to move about the community intermittently, have the mental and emotional health to cope with the stress, on call, and urgency or response as related to the position, have the health and energy to perform the requirements of the job as a member of the team, have the ability to lift, push, pull, and move the housekeeping cart and other equipment.
