About this Position: Were in the process of doing something quite challenging, were centralizing a previously distributed recruiting organization that supports over 25,000 global employees. The good news is that we have the support of our internal customers and business partners to make this change, we just need an operational wiz to help us pull together our tools, workflows, reporting and shared service teams to make it all happen. You will be based in Minneapolis and will report into the Head of Global Recruiting. This will be a matrixed role meaning that you will have direct accountability over certain teams in North America but the work that you do will have broad reaching impact and will support the entire global recruiting organization. Officially, you will have the following responsibilities: You will be a key contributor to our global recruiting strategy as related to technology, tools, workflows and transparency Recruiting workflow documentation and optimization Recruiting tool optimization & innovation (Workday Recruiting, SmashFly, LinkedIn) Recruitment reporting (headcount and recruitment efficiency reporting) The North American Coordination team will report to you There will be a recruiting team reporting into you as well (TBD) Cross functional collaboration with HR teams, finance, strategy and other key internal stakeholders About You: You are a continuous learner who thrives in an environment where change is constant. You know that the devil is in the details and love figuring out native reporting capabilities built into core software tools PLUS you are happy to dive into data and build meaningful and high impact insights. Here are some more specific things: 8+ years of experience working in the recruiting space partnering with multiple stakeholders Passion for finding new and innovative tools in the recruiting space You love sharing your knowledge of technology such that your colleagues fully leverage the full capabilities of those tools Fantastic collaboration and communications skills You have strong excel skills and have experience pulling data from various recruiting and HR tools You thrive in a matrixed environment where building strong relationships are key You love to lead and develop people At Thomson Reuters, we believe what we do matters.
