Responsibilities

- Closely work with risk oversight teams in FRA to establish and maintain robust and consistent financial risk oversight framework
- Monitor, review and challenge current risk management and assessment practices to identify opportunities to improve and take initiatives to execute
- Responsible for recurring and ad-hoc reporting, and group documentation such as policies, and procedures
- Provide assistance in risk oversight activities to FRA risk oversight teams where possible
- Manage/assist in the implementation of new risk oversight programs
- Lead preparation of presentation material for various meetings
- Facilitate annual assessment reporting process, assist in Issue management, audit activities for the group

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

- Five or moreyears of experience in financial services or project management

- Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary


Preferred Skills and Experience:

- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
- Familiarity with applicable banking laws, regulations, financial services, and regulatory trends that impact banks financial risk management
- Strong skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word. VBA experience is a plus
- Ability to express ideas and criticisms succinctly and support changes to existing processes to improve risk management effectiveness
- Strong presentation and written communication skills, able to present results to a range of audiences, including senior management
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
